- Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to integrate AI solutions into real-world environments.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Python-based AI applications, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and advanced technologies, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development and deployment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Proficiency in Python programming and a deep understanding of AI frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with forward-deployed engineering and the ability to bridge the gap between AI and real-world applications.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GenAI techniques is preferred.
