• Knowledge of OTC/AR, accounting/Cash applications, and communication skill. • Daily task of receiving cash, applying cash to correct policies, research for unapplied cash, • Reporting and resolving open items with Onshore billing partners.• Sound Knowledge of query management, Notice of cancellation, Collections & billing centre • Handling premium cash application for different lockboxes, (Like wire, ACH) • Managing Year, Month and quarter end expectation with stringent timelines • Daily/monthly account and balance sheet reconciliations, research & analysis • Prepare/extract reports and investigate accounting issues.
- Meet the timeliness and accuracy parameters of cash applications
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, ensuring delivery against business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving team performance through effective leadership and process management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onshore stakeholders/clients
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external teams
- Present reports, updates, and performance insights
- Flexible to work in Night shifts/Overtime as per the business requirement
- Ensure compliance with quality, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review operational reports and dashboards
- Strong accounting skills to understand the accounting treatment for corrections/errors.
- Accounting Graduate with 7+ years of Finance and accounting experience in Cash applications, billing and month close
- Comprehension skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents
- Ability to analyse complex information, relate and compare data from different sources and identify cause and effect relationships.
- Capable of working with tight deadlines and lead closure of open items
- Ability to analyse complex information, trends, etc. and work on resolving any data anomalies.
