Lead Assistant Manager

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for External Reinsurance operations across multiple Property & Casualty (P&C) entities.
• Prepare and review GL, subledger, payment tracker, and profit share reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Record and validate journal entries related to ceding commissions, IBNR, premium allocations, reinsurance settlements, and intercompany transactions.

• Support Schedule F, BEA reporting, statutory filings, cash flow projections, recoverable reporting, and other regulatory submissions.
• Analyze reinsurance balances, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with accounting, finance, and reinsurance stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance with month-end close calendars, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards while ensuring timely delivery of all reporting obligations.

Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree 5 - 8 years
