Lead Assistant Manager
Responsible for performing month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet substantiation using Oracle and BlackLine. Manage cash accounting processes, cash validations, bank reconciliations, and cash application activities while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Prepare and analyze contingent commission statements, reserve calculations, premium and loss trend reports, and financial statement variance analyses. Perform source-to-GL reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and coordinate issue resolution with business stakeholders. Support financial reporting, P&L and balance sheet reviews, expense allocations, and revenue recognition processes. Ensure timely completion of key and non-key reconciliations, open item monitoring, and audit requirements.
