Lead Assistant Manager

Graduate/postgraduate with experience in Insurance & Finance
Should have 4-7 years of experience in US Corporate Tax
Strong understanding & prior experience of:
ASC 740 / US GAAP tax accounting & Financial Reporting (Journal Entries, Footnotes, Reconciliations etc.)
Quarterly and annual tax provision calculations (GAAP/ STAT)
Federal tax compliance basics (Return to Provision analysis)
Book vs Tax differences
Experience on Tax accounting systems (OneSource) & SAP is preferred
Good hands-on experience on MS office especially MS excel
Excellent oral/ written communication & Interpersonal skills
Should have experience in process documentation and preparation of SOPs
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
Demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment – especially during close
Excellent analytical skills and competent at logical reasoning
