Responsibilities
- Lead backend engineering efforts for high-profile projects
- Design, build, and deploy scalable, distributed applications using independent services
- Integrate ML models or AI services into production backend systems
- Collaborate with ML/AI specialists to translate models into reliable backend solutions
- Manage and lead engineering teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in C# and .NET
- Experience with modern backend architecture and microservices
- Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services (Azure preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-enabled products and pipelines
- Team leadership and management experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing roles managing software engineering projects
- Experience architecting solutions on modern backend platforms
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Understanding of React.js principles
