Summary

Lead Business Analyst converting EV charging business, technical, and operational needs into product requirements — user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows — while running discovery, pilots, and cross-functional launches with engineering and operations. Core toolkit: Agile/SCRUM, SQL, API integration, and JIRA/Rally/Confluence.

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst - EV to convert EV charging business, technical, and operational needs into precise product requirements. You will partner with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to shape user-centric, data-driven features from discovery through release.

Responsibilities

  • Convert customer, commercial, operational, and technical inputs into thorough requirements artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, edge cases, dependencies, and non-functional requirements
  • Confirm requirements and solution directions with users, customers, operations teams, and engineering via interviews, workshops, prototypes, pilots, and feedback loops
  • Champion user-focused, data-driven product capabilities from concept through implementation
  • Identify customer needs through persona-driven research and product feedback, and help map the end-to-end customer journey
  • Deliver features that work across diverse technical environments using Agile/SCRUM, balancing tradeoffs across scope, resources, timeline, and customer benefit
  • Execute beta and pilot programs for early-stage products
  • Coordinate product launches by partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain knowledge-sharing assets and documentation such as user guides, FAQs, and training videos

Requirements

  • Extensive IT experience with 10-14 years overall, including 7-9 years as a product manager or business analyst in a technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with electric vehicle charging software offerings and EVs
  • Proven delivery experience with complex products, preferably SaaS products, including building self-service applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and earn alignment, agreement, and trust from stakeholders to deliver successful products
  • Strong collaboration background with software engineering and development teams
  • Practical skills in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, and Stakeholder Management
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, API Integration, and SQL
  • Tool proficiency with Rally, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Outstanding organizational ability, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and comfort managing multiple competing priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree
