Lead Business Analyst - Trading Platforms

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to shape requirements and guide solution delivery for Trading Platforms in the Trading and Supply domain. You will partner with stakeholders, apply Agile methods, and translate supply chain-driven needs into practical functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and convert them into functional capabilities
• Evaluate risks, feasibility, opportunities, and overall business impact across initiatives
• Map processes, data flows, and technology to uncover current value, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Produce and maintain clear requirements documentation to keep the solution aligned throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business needs through testing, scope changes, and final delivery
• Collaborate with software suppliers, designers, and developers to understand software constraints and ensure requirements are met
• Configure solutions and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools
• Define acceptance criteria and confirm solutions meet business needs through coordinated testing
• Build and deliver business cases to articulate value and gain approval, funding, and prioritization
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters
• Lead stakeholder management activities and facilitate large design sessions
• Guide project teams through Business Analysis activities across deliveries

Requirements

• Proven track record of 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience in the Trading and Supply domain
• Solid background in supply chain knowledge relevant to Trading and Supply operations
• Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation and BRD/FRD creation and maintenance
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, including facilitating large design sessions
• Practical experience working in Agile environments, including Agile delivery and related frameworks/tools
• Ability to educate Product Owners and business partners on Agile ways of working
• Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts, data/process analysis and modeling, and products & solutions
• Competency in risk management and AI solutioning in trading platform contexts

Nice to have

• Agile certifications or formal trainings
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification
• Lean Practitioner training and practical experience
