Lead Business Analyst - Trading Platforms

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to lead requirements, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support for Trading Platforms in the Trading and Supply domain. You will blend supply chain expertise with Agile ways of working to define, document, and validate functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translate them into implementable functionality
• Review feasibility, risks, opportunities, and business impact across initiatives and projects
• Model processes, data flows, and technology to pinpoint current value, issues, and opportunities to improve
• Create, maintain, and update requirements documentation to keep solution alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure requirement traceability from business needs through testing, scope changes, and the delivered solution
• Engage with software suppliers, designers, and developers to understand constraints and ensure business requirements are covered
• Configure and document software and operational processes using agreed standards and tools
• Set acceptance criteria and validate solution fit through coordinated testing activities
• Develop and present business cases to demonstrate value and obtain approval, funding, and prioritization
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters
• Manage stakeholders and lead large design sessions to drive alignment
• Support and guide teams through Business Analysis activities across projects

Requirements

• Demonstrated 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience in the Trading and Supply domain
• Relevant supply chain knowledge supporting Trading and Supply operations
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering and authoring BRD and FRD documentation
• Proven capability in stakeholder management and facilitating large design sessions
• Experience operating in Agile environments with Agile delivery, frameworks, and tools
• Ability to teach and align stakeholders, including Product Owners and business partners, on Agile ways of working
• Sound understanding of systems engineering concepts, data/process analysis and modeling, and products & solutions
• Competency with risk management and AI solutioning in trading platform contexts

Nice to have

• Agile certifications or trainings
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification
• Lean Practitioner training and experience
