Contract Lead ERP Data Analyst in Canberra (hybrid) supporting a large-scale ERP transformation program through hands-on data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and migration of enterprise datasets, using advanced SQL. Finance ERP experience is required, baseline clearance is needed, and the role runs to May 2027 with a possible 12-month extension.
Salary: AUD 125 - 135 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Data Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. This hands-on role will focus on data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and migration activities across complex enterprise datasets.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven ERP data migration experience.
- General ERP data migration background, with Finance experience required and HR experience highly desirable.
- Strong data cleansing, reconciliation and data quality management skills.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasets.
- Experience developing data mapping, transformation logic and migration documentation.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Highly Regarded:
TechnologyOne, Aurion, SAP, Workday or similar ERP platforms.
Power BI, Tableau and Python experience
ERP transformation or government project experience.
