Lead Data and AI Solution Engineer
Summary
Lead Data and AI Solution Engineer responsible for architecting and delivering innovative data and AI solutions, including GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud-based architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), while driving AI governance and mentoring teams.
We are looking for a Lead Data and AI Solution Engineer to join our Data & AI Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering innovative data and AI solutions that drive business transformation and operational excellence. This role is critical in enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities to support strategic objectives within the insurance domain. You will work at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise architecture, and scalable data solutions, helping the organization unlock business value through cutting-edge AI capabilities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex business needs into robust, production-ready AI and data architectures.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and leading end-to-end Data & AI solution architectures
Building and scaling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
Driving AI integration patterns across systems, platforms, and APIs
Establishing best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AI
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes
Mentoring engineers and contributing to the growth of the Data & AI CoE capability
Have strong experience in Data & AI engineering and solution architecture
Possess hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and/or Agentic AI frameworks
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases, such as sentiment analysis and article summarization, to support diverse business needs.
Are skilled in designing scalable, cloud-based data and AI architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Understand data integration, APIs, microservices, and modern data platforms
Have experience operationalizing AI solutions with MLOps / LLMOps practices
Proficient in integration and orchestration of AI/ML tools and library
Strong proficiency in AWS and cloud-based solution architecture
Can translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture roadmaps
Are passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning
Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and the ability to mentor and influence teams
Have a strong focus on governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Master's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent disciplines with extensive use of data for analysis
