Lead Data Engineer M/W/X
Summary
Lead Data Engineer at EarlyTracks, a healthcare-tech company using NLP/ML to turn unstructured medical records into structured data. You lead a small data engineering team while staying hands-on, building Azure data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows and APIs with tools like Airflow and Prefect, and managing the delivery backlog in Jira.
At EarlyTracks, we empower care institutions to manage high-quality medical records with greater efficiency. Our solutions are built on cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP), combining machine learning, terminological resources, and intelligent interfaces to transform unstructured medical data into actionable insights.
The Tech department is responsible for integrating machine learning models into robust, scalable API services. We design and maintain advanced data processing workflows, queue management systems, and industry-standard APIs within an architecture capable of handling diverse medical data formats. The team also ensures seamless integration into client infrastructures, provides ongoing maintenance, and delivers high-level technical support to our partners.
