Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform user and project onboarding and offboarding across HIP platform services
- Manage server and application user access, including periodic access reviews
- Execute password rotation for system, application, and service accounts
- Manage SSL/TLS certificate renewal and rotation
- Plan and execute monthly and emergency server patching activities
- Support the release and lifecycle management of HIP application base images
- Support security vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking
- Perform service monitoring, health checks, and incident detection
- Provide operational support to the DevSecOps Platform team
- Document operational processes, SOPs, runbooks, and manuals
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in IT operations, platform operations, or system support in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Windows and Linux system administration
- Experience in server patching and access control
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and remediation processes
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms
- Basic scripting ability (e.g. Bash, PowerShell) to support operational tasks and automation
- Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
- Strong documentation and process discipline
- Ability to support planned maintenance and emergency operational activities
- Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms, tools, and processes quickly
