Lead DevOps Engineer - AI-Powered Cloud Platforms

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design and automate scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

You will mentor a team, drive DevSecOps practices, and partner with product and development teams to deliver reliable, secure services across Azure and AWS. You will lead containerised/serverless architectures, implement observability, and promote continuous improvement through SRE principles, automation, and AI-enabled tooling.

Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible on Azure and AWS. Lead adoption of DevSecOps and IaC across teams. Drive containerised/serverless architectures (AKS, EKS, Docker, Azure Functions). Define, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment frequency and reliability. Embed security-by-design across the SDLC and manage vulnerability practices. Mentor DevOps engineers and lead cross-team collaboration. Lead incident resolution and post-mortems for continuous improvement. Hold at least two Azure and/or AWS Certifications. Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science. 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or Software Engineering with production systems. Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms. Proven ability to design, operate, and scale cloud-native systems with IaC automation (Terraform preferred). Experience with AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity and automation.
