Lead DevOps Engineer: Azure FinOps & SecOps Coach (Glasgow)

V.Group in Glasgow is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own the DevOps strategy and cloud tooling, with a 50/50 split between coaching engineers and defining infrastructure direction. You will report to the IT Delivery Director and work with the Head of Engineering to raise engineering standards.

The role requires 3+ years Azure, FinOps, and strong security (DevSecOps) experience; regular onsite presence in Glasgow with occasional travel to London. Attractive salary and benefits offered.
