Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive the security and technical modernization of client applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client application teams to identify vulnerabilities, propose effective fixes, and lead the integration of improvements across the technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client application teams to identify security and technical gaps
• Propose and implement fixes for identified vulnerabilities and technical debt
• Integrate solutions across existing infrastructure and pipelines
• Manage and guide the team through technical initiatives
• Analyze security reports to determine necessary application upgrades
• Prioritize and address security and technical backlog items
• Dig into different technologies to evaluate and resolve technical challenges
• Apply strong soft skills to coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar technical leadership role, close to Architect level or strong team lead experience
• Technical background with willingness to explore and adapt to different technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab CI/CD
• Strong scripting and automation skills, including Java, Python, and C++
• Proficiency in Unix command line and shell scripting
• Understanding of networking protocols and cloud technology stacks
• Strong soft skills for effective communication and team management
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
