Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve a cloud-native delivery platform for AWS-based solutions, covering full-cycle infrastructure management across development and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve AWS-based infrastructure aligned with the Well-Architected Framework
• Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Manage the CI/CD ecosystem and ensure reliable software delivery processes
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability, and alerting mechanisms
• Enhance cost efficiency and apply FinOps best practices
• Support scalability, availability, and performance of core services through continuous improvements
• Support backend microservices written in Java and Kotlin, deployed in EKS

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role, including leading or mentoring a team
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services
• Proficiency in GitLab and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management
• Skills in JFrog Artifactory and SonarQube
• Knowledge of Terraform
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Argo CD and Helm
• Understanding of Kubernetes
• Skills in Terragrunt
