- We're looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help drive innovation, mentor the DevOps engineering team and shape the future of our cloud-native infrastructure
- As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you'll be a hands-on technical leader, guiding the design and implementation of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices:
- Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab
- Lead the design of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh for service discovery, traffic management, and observability
- Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with development and business goals
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, security and operational excellence
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and developer experience
Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skillsHands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI and Bash/PythonDemonstrable AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise6+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles experience in a lead roleOrchestration and monitoring tools - Istio, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELKProven experience building and operating cloud-native platformsDevelopment experience in a major language (Java, C++, C# etc.)AWS certifications and financial services background
