As Lead Engineer, you own the technical leadership of a team responsible for maintaining and evolving the customer's Terraform modules and DevOps pipelines. Azure is the primary cloud platform, but AWS and GCP hyperscalers are also available. You will organize the team's daily work, facilitate agile/kanban ways of working, and act as the main point of contact between your team and other teams being responsible for the cloud platform.

Location: Budapest, Hungary | Reports to: Head of Cloud Engineering | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) | Language Requirements: fluent/professional level of Hungarian and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of the Cloud Engineering team, ensuring clear priorities and effective collaboration
- Drive the development and lifecycle of infrastructure automation, including Terraform modules and Python-based platform tooling
- Own and continuously enhance CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and scalable infrastructure delivery
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert for Azure architecture, networking, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with security, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, stable, and scalable cloud solutions
- Support team development through coaching, regular feedback, and knowledge sharing, while ensuring strong documentation and standards
