Lead Engineer (Dot Net & Angular)
∙Understanding of latest technologies and architecture practices along with various design
patterns.
∙Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
∙Experience in reviewing code, architectural reviews, functional reviews and giving
estimations.
∙Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and
other developers.
∙Mentor team members on latest technology like angular, .net core and best practices.
∙Implement security best practices in .NET applications. .NET Web API and Security
(authentication authorization etc.)
∙Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
∙You should create and keep up-to-date technical documentation, including system
architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides etc.
∙Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills with a track record of building
and leading high-performing teams.
∙Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and executing complex
projects within deadlines and budgets.
∙Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks, ensuring adherence to

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Full Stack development experience on Dot net, asp.net mvc and angular latest.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.Net MVC, .Net 8.0 above, REST APIs, HTML, Bootstrap and CSS.
- Responsibilities focused on multi client delivery, proposals & solutioning, compliance, PoCs /migrations.
- Responsibilities focused on roadmap ownership, SaaS architecture, reliability, experimentation, and customer-centric and AI first features.
- Lead end-to-end design, development and delivery of application.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and projects.
- Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, Typescript and Angular framework (20+).
- Experience in source code control tools like TFS and GIT.Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
- Experience in Microservices and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Database Knowledge on SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Good to have worked on Clean Architecture in .Net Web API.
- Actively participates in designing and reviewing core functionality.
- Good to have worked on Code Quality Analysis tools such as Sonarqube, which analyses security vulnerabilities, and code smells and tracking code for duplication and enforcing coding standards.
- Good to have worked on Integrations with Azure, OpenID, OAuth, SAML..etc.
- Static Application Security Testing (SAST) Tools like Checkmarx, SonarQube with Security Plugins
- Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) Tools like OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite.
- Understand and document technical requirements from client.
