Lead, Finance FP&A

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial aspects of the Global Supply Chain organization.

• Track and report cost savings across departments, ensuring alignment with budget targets and strategic goals

• Ensure accuracy of baseline targets for cost-saving plans and ensure accuracy in the data reporting.

• Monitor and analyze operating expenses, identify cost drivers, and recommend actionable savings opportunities

• Prepare dashboards and reports that communicate initiative progress, savings realization, and financial impact

• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and department heads to validate savings and ensure sustainability

• Support monthly business review presentations with financial insights

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

• 3-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

• Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools.

• Oracle and Hyperion are a plus.
