Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight. Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces using modern Java Script frameworks. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages. Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in frontend development. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script (ES6+). Proven experience with modern Java Script frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization techniques.
