Lead Full Stack Developer - E-commerce

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust full-stack solutions for the e-commerce platform using modern technologies.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the development process and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable e-commerce platforms .
• Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
