Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of both front-end and back-end components of the e-commerce platform. Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the remote team. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform, implementing best practices for web development. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion high standards for code quality and testing. Architect and implement new features, integrations, and optimizations to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Requirements Extensive experience (7+ years) in full stack development , with a proven track record of leading development teams. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java,. NET). Strong experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and No SQL (e.g., Mongo DB). Demonstrated experience in e-commerce platforms and related technologies. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Dev Ops practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills suited for a remote leadership role.
