Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend and frontend solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and senior developers, fostering a culture of code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Research and introduce new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Proven expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD.
