Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack web applications for their core e-commerce platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
- Proven experience designing and managing relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
