Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend and frontend solutions. Mentor and guide a team of junior and senior developers, fostering a culture of code quality and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack. Research and introduce new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proven expertise in Java Script, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Mongo DB. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with database design, optimization, and management (SQL and No SQL). Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
