Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Oversee both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) development initiatives. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps. Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior architect role. Expertise in multiple front-end frameworks and back-end technologies. Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and APIs. Strong understanding of database design, SQL and No SQL databases, and data modeling. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
