Lead Full Stack Developer - Web App

Select and implement appropriate frameworks and technologies based on project needs.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Work closely with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of product features.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and reliability.

To lead and manage the end-to-end development of web and desktop applications using full-stack technologies, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

This role is responsible for guiding the development team, making strategic technical decisions, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development (e.g., Node.js, React/Vue/Angular, PostgreSQL/MYSQL, RESTful APIs).

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
