Lead Full Stack Developer (WFH/Remote) | Midshift Exp

Work Setup: WFH
Training Schedule and Setup: Nightshift, and might be asked to report onsite
Schedule: MIDSHIFT 3 PM-12 MN MLA
Must Have Qualifications
- Experience working on a Mid-shift schedule
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices
- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
- Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Apollo Client and Python-based servers)
- Proficiency with UI component libraries (particularly Mantine or similar)
- Experience with form management in complex React applications
- Strong understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising technology or marketing analytics
- Knowledge of budget management and financial data systems
- Experience developing multi-app workspaces or monorepos
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience with a real-time data processing system
