Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on full stack software engineering experience with Golang, React, REST APIs, and GCP and/or AWS
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and IaC tools such as Terraform
- Experience working on highly available, critical systems
- Comfortable running projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring, and collaborating across teams
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily tasks to increase efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, data-intensive applications that process large volumes of music and audience data
- Guide a small, multidisciplinary team while defining technical direction
- Remain hands-on in architecture, coding, and technical decision making
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Ensure delivery of secure, high-performance software
- Champion modern engineering practices and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality
- Contribute to the teams growth and progression toward an Engineering Management role
