Lead Functional Consultant - SAP PLM

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Data Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA and PLM transformation programs. The role focuses on PLM master data analysis, cleansing, migration, governance, and data quality management across global enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze SAP PLM data, including Engineering Records, Specifications, BOMs, Recipes, and Documents
• Support SAP S/4HANA master data migration and transformation
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, mapping, and gap analysis
• Maintain governance artifacts such as mappings, lineage, and documentation
• Extract and analyze data using SAP tools, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and ETL platforms
• Support cutover readiness, testing, and migration cycles
• Collaborate with global business and technical stakeholders
• Utilize GenAI tools for data quality checks and documentation automation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP PLM data analysis and migration projects
• Strong expertise in SAP PLM and SAP S/4HANA master data
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of data governance, cleansing, and transformation
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Written and spoken proficiency in English (B2 level)

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, ECTR, DMS, BODS, and ETL tools
• Skills in Python
• Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, R&D, or GxP environments
• Exposure to large-scale ERP/PLM transformation initiatives
