Lead Generation & Business Development Manager
POLUDENNYI is a Revenue Growth Studio based in Lisbon. We work with business owners in Europe, the US and Japan as a fractional C-level partner (CMO, CBDO, Chief AI Officer) with an execution team on subscription.
Your role: you open doors. You find companies that match our ICP, reach decision makers, qualify them and book meetings with our CEO. Closing deals is the CEO's job.
What you'll do:
- Research companies in our 3 core segments: healthcare networks, real estate & development, B2B services
- Run personalized outreach via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), email and Upwork
- Build a partner network (lawyers, accountants, IT and design studios, business communities)
- Qualify leads and book meetings with the CEO
- Keep every touch in the CRM and send a short daily report
- Test one new hypothesis every week: segment, message or channel
Markets: Portugal, UK, Germany, Netherlands, US, Japan.
We're looking for:
- 1+ year of B2B outbound lead generation (international markets is a big plus)
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2+/C1)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one CRM
- Discipline: daily reporting is normal for you
- Full-time availability with overlap 9:00–16:00 Lisbon time
- You want to grow into an SDR / Sales role
