In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and have a real impact on the development of the team and the business.
About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Team Lead who will take ownership of the team and help scale lead generation processes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on experience with a strategic mindset and is ready to improve results through data-driven decisions and process optimization.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4 lead generation specialists
Achieve KPIs for both the quantity and quality of leads
Ensure lead qualification and relevance
Optimize and scale lead generation processes
Analyze conversion rates and improve channel performance
Work with LinkedIn, email outreach, and automation tools
Maintain high-quality data in CRM (Odoo)
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager
Requirements
2+ years of experience in lead generation
Proven experience managing a team
Experience in B2B (SME segment)
English proficiency at C1–C2 level
Strong skills with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with email automation tools
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Experience in building or optimizing processes
Nice to have:
Experience in IT, engineering, or GIS companies
