Lead - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Job Description :

- Lead HR Business partnering for the business units with end to end ownership of Employees from Hire to Retire.

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.

- Drive awareness and communication of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.

- Conduct structural reviews to address span of control, layering, role duplication, and title inflation.

- Support strategic workforce planning and implementation of projects focused on organizational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

- Strengthen employee engagement through structured feedback and action.

- Drive internal mobility and development of high-potential talent.

- Implement role enhancement, coaching, and development plans for identified high-potential employees.

- Ensure structural clarity and performance alignment.

- Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and development planning.

- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
