Lead HR Generalist
You will own and improve global HR operations, lead two HR Generalists, set service and quality standards, manage recurring employee lifecycle processes, handle HR data and reporting, improve HR systems through automation and AI, and establish consistent ways of working across regions.
Responsibilities
- Own the global HR services and operations landscape
- Lead and develop two HR Generalists
- Set and enforce SLAs and quality standards
- Manage engagement surveys and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create contracts and employee documentation
- Act as the accountability point for HR operational delivery
- Handle HR data and reporting requests
- Maintain HR systems data integrity
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Design and roll out globally consistent HR practices
