LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

You will serve as a Lead Human Resources Specialist (Classification/Recruitment & Placement) in the Civilian Human Resources Office ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

You will have contact with managers and supervisors at all levels of management including program officials and commanders.

You will provide technical input as appropriate in resolving potential conflicts with classification principles and practices.

You will advise management regarding the impact of reclassification or restructuring of positions may have on other positions within the organization.

You will continually gather, interpret, and analyze large amounts of information related to the organizational functions, workload, and productivity.

You will assist managers with planning and implementing reorganizations that typically involve major mission changes and realignments of all/most positions and personnel.

You will review actions for accuracy and completeness prior t forwarding to the appropriate section for processing.
