Serves as the Lead Education, Development, Guidance and Engagement (EDGE) Specialist and provides technical leadership for agency workforce development initiatives

Leads a team of Human Resources Specialists by assigning and coordinating work, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on program execution

Plans, administers, and evaluates agency-wide learning, development, and engagement programs in support of organizational objectives

Oversees delivery of EDGE services, systems, tools, and processes, while managing professional development activities and externally provided learning opportunities in accordance with applicable policies

Advises leadership, managers, and other stakeholders on workforce development programs, services, resource management, and organizational needs

Represents the organization in meetings and workgroups with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and communications regarding program status and effectiveness
