Lead Interior Designer

We are searching for a talented and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Danube Properties UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the interior design vision for our real estate projects, ensuring a seamless integration of design elements with the overall project objectives. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, the Lead Interior Designer will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to create unique and captivating spaces that reflect current market trends and demographic preferences.

• Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with market trends and project objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into the overall project vision.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture selections, material finishes, and lighting solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within cost constraints.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) in accordance with project requirements and budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate the implementation of design plans and meet project milestones.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design, real estate development, and related fields.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Exceptional conceptualization and space planning skills, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and resource management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
