Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Python/RAG

Job Description :

The role is for a seasoned Machine Learning professional with a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Probability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks, as well as experience building RAG systems and LLM-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage Machine Learning and Applied AI to drive business outcomes

- Design and develop RAG systems and LLM-powered applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Develop and implement agentic workflows, tool calling, and orchestration

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions

Required Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in Machine Learning / Applied AI

- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Probability

- Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks

- Experience building RAG systems and LLM-powered applications

- Understanding of agentic workflows, tool calling, and orchestration

Preferred Skills :

- Strong academic background with a B.Tech/M.Tech from a Tier-1 institution

- Demonstrated excellence in quantitative subjects.
