Lead Municipal Services (Facility Management)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Municipal Services professional to oversee and enhance our facility management services within Saudi Arabia. This role demands a strategic leader with expertise in municipal operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with local regulations while driving operational excellence. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management with a focus on municipal services. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a multicultural environment. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian municipal regulations and compliance standards. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions. - Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
