We're seeking a Lead .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Wroclaw, where you'll drive modernization and scalability efforts for client, transaction, and regulatory reporting platforms in Asset Management technology. Our team delivers timely, accurate reports to clients, tracks transactions, and provides reporting to global regulators.

Please note that working from the client's office is required 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead modernization and scalability initiatives for client, transaction, and regulatory reporting platforms in Asset Management technology
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while complying with industry standards
  • Elevate automation of manual processes to new levels
  • Work collaboratively within an agile team and across a global agile organization
  • Convert high-level business requirements into technical specifications that address reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Guarantee accurate and timely delivery of client reports, transaction reports, and regulatory submissions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on .NET application development experience
  • Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
  • Background working with Microsoft Azure and cloud native solutions
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into IT specifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in software engineering or related field
  • Banking or financial services experience highly preferred
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Knowledge of Angular or React
