Lead of HSE (Fabrication Yard/Offshore) COMP1 (F-4491-Q) - 2

Job Description Highlights:

• Responsible for implementing the Client project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management program and ensuring the effective implementation of Contractors HSE management system, during yard fabrication and offshore installation activity associated with project
• Contribute to the development of a Proactive Safety Culture at Fabrication Yard and during offshore installation
• Implement the Project Safety Plan, and ensure the effective implementation of the Contractors Project Safety Management System and Procedures at the fabrication covering HSE Risk Management Program, HSE Audit and Verification Programs, Observation Program, Training Program, Emergency Response Plan, Security Plan, Occupational Health Program, Incident Investigation and HSE Reporting Program
• Has high visibility to PMT Fabrication Team and EPC Contractor and Fabrication Subcontractor
• Requires strong analytical, organizational and planning skills

Please ensure the candidates are having the below requirements:

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
• ISO 45001 Safety Auditor qualification or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years broad experience in execution of major oil & gas projects, including at least 8 years involvement in the construction or fabrication of major offshore production facilities.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a supervisory capacity of health & safety management
• Minimum 5 years experience working in Asian fabrication Yards
