Lead Optical Transport Engineer – DWDM & Data Center

Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking a Lead Optical Network Data Management Specialist to sustain core ICT infrastructure across Canberra data centres. You will manage CIENA optical transport networks and DWDM-based DCI solutions, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑availability services.

The role requires 5+ years of CIENA experience, strong DWDM/DCI knowledge, and current NV2 clearance.
