Lead Oracle Transport Management Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will combine deep functional expertise with leadership responsibilities, shaping delivery standards, guiding teams, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions in a global environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead knowledge transition and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth handover to offshore teams

• Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating delivery

• Design and establish processes for steady-state support and onboarding

• Provide system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams

• Standardize and optimize OTM solutions across different customers

• Support both implementation and maintenance projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery excellence

• Contribute to solution design, system improvements, and continuous optimization

We pay attention to candidates who have

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle OTM implementations

• Strong expertise across OTM modules:

• shipment planning & execution

• freight settlement

• sourcing

• fleet management

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher

• Experience in B2B integrations (EDI, API)

• Strong functional configuration and solution design capabilities

• Experience working in both implementation and support environments

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead teams effectively

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience in 3PL / logistics industry

• Knowledge of other Order Management or Transport Management systems

• Background in Computer Science or related field
