Lead/Principal Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle product consulting engagements, from discovery and scoping to defining vision, roadmap, and go-to-market planning
- Design solutions that align strategic goals, user needs, and technical feasibility across greenfield and legacy environments
- Advise senior stakeholders and partners on product direction, adoption of modern practices, and long-term value creation
- Champion best practices in product development, agile delivery, and system thinking across cross-functional teams
- Guide and mentor product managers and junior consultants; contribute to a culture of learning and innovation
- Engage with external stakeholders through industry forums, inter-agency groups, or thought leadership platforms
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated success driving outcomes across complex systems, preferably in regulated, enterprise, or government settings
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to design and deliver modern technology products
- Familiarity with backend and frontend system architecture and how they inform trade-offs in solution design
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract problems into executable product plans
- Skilled in agile methodologies, product discovery, and stakeholder facilitation
- Confident communicator able to work with C-suite leaders, delivery teams, and external vendors
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on long-term impact, not just outputs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction where little exists
