Senior Product Manager
Summary
Owns the product strategy and roadmap for global digital commerce platforms, driving customer-facing features and leveraging AI to improve discovery and decision-making.
Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing digital commerce experiences across multiple global brands. You'll work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and business stakeholders to build innovative, data-driven products that improve customer experience and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role also embraces AI to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital commerce platforms across assigned regions.
- Translate customer needs, business objectives, and market insights into high-impact product initiatives.
- Prioritise product features and investments based on customer value, business impact, and ROI.
- Drive product decisions using customer research, analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences.
- Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, insight generation, prototyping, and roadmap execution.
- Track product performance and continuously optimise customer experience, engagement, conversion, and business KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of Digital Product Management experience, preferably within consumer, retail, or ecommerce environments.
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery for customer-facing digital products.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce) is required.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and integrations, including CMS, PIM, OMS, payments, loyalty, or related ecommerce technologies.
- Experience using customer research, analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to make product decisions.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes such as conversion, revenue, AOV, customer engagement, or NPS improvements.
