Lead Product Designer UI/UX & Brand Design

Role & responsibilities

NAVA Vision AI is building an AI-powered Operational Intelligence platform that helps enterprises improve safety, efficiency, compliance, and visibility across warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, and industrial operations.

We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Lead Product Designer who can take complete ownership of our product user experience, design systems, website, and visual brand identity.

Preferred candidate profile

Own end-to-end UI/UX design for our Vision AI platform, including web dashboards, mobile applications, and operational workflows.
Design simple, intuitive interfaces for non-technical users, including warehouse operators, supervisors, safety managers, and facility leadership.
Translate complex operational data, AI-generated insights, alerts, and analytics into clear, actionable user experiences.
Establish and maintain a centralized design system with reusable components, layouts, typography, colors, interaction patterns, and design standards across all products.
Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready specifications using Figma.
Own design consistency, version control, and design-to-development handoffs across engineering teams.
Design responsive web applications and mobile-first experiences for operational users working in industrial environments.
Lead UX research, user feedback sessions, usability testing, and continuous product experience improvements.
Own website UX/UI design, including new product websites, landing pages, and ongoing improvements.
Develop creative assets for LinkedIn, case studies, white papers, presentations, brochures, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Establish a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines across digital products and marketing materials.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Marketing teams while independently driving design priorities and execution.
Leverage AI-powered design and development tools to accelerate wireframing, prototyping, UI generation, design iteration, and frontend collaboration while maintaining design quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Digital Product Design, with demonstrated ownership of complex products.
Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS platforms, analytics dashboards, operational applications, and mobile UX.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Libraries, and interactive prototyping.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Figma AI, or similar tools.
Ability to use AI tools to rapidly generate functional UI prototypes, explore design alternatives, and collaborate with developers on implementation.
Proven experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems across multiple applications.
Strong understanding of information architecture, UX research, usability, accessibility, responsive design, and data visualization.
Ability to simplify complex workflows and make data-heavy applications intuitive for non-technical users.
Strong visual design capabilities, including typography, layout, iconography, branding, and graphic design.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent creative tools.
Experience collaborating with frontend developers and translating designs into production-ready interfaces.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

B2B SaaS, enterprise software, industrial technology, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain applications.
Designing real-time monitoring dashboards, operational workflows, alert management, and mobile applications.
Experience with AI-powered products, IoT platforms, or business intelligence applications.
Experience designing websites and marketing assets for technology product companies.
Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI component libraries.
Experience using AI-generated frontend code alongside established design systems and reusable components.
