YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy and Development:
- Develop and own the product strategy for our AMR fleet manager
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features
and enhancements - Ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs
- Business Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with OEM robot manufacturers
- Develop and execute business expansion plans to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and close deals
- Product Roadmap:
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and
enhancements based on market demand and business goals - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the
industry

- Build and lead a high-performing product management team
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Customer Focus:
- Understand customer needs and gather feedback to improve the product
- Develop strong customer relationships and act as a product evangelist
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in early-cycle product development
• Demonstrated success in business development, including partnership building and revenue generation
• Strong knowledge of robotics, AMR technology, and fleet management solutions
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and communication in both German and English
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
