Lead Product Manager
Summary
The Lead Product Manager will define product strategy and lead a team of Product Managers to drive growth for a portfolio of F2P mobile puzzle games. This remote role focuses on product decision-making, team development, and performance monitoring across multiple titles.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of our product direction and drive the growth of our mobile games portfolio. This role combines product strategy, leadership of Product Managers, and the search for new business growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
🌸Define and develop the product strategy for the mobile games portfolio.
🌸Prioritize projects and allocate focus and resources across products.
🌸Monitor quarterly and annual goals for the product direction.
🌸Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
🌸Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
🌸Help Product Managers make strong product decisions.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
💦5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile games.
💦Mandatory experience with F2P mobile puzzle games / casual puzzle games.
💦Experience leading a team of Product Managers: goal-setting, development, feedback, and performance evaluation.
💦Strong understanding of the mobile games market, F2P model, and the specifics of puzzle/casual games.
💦Experience making product decisions across multiple products or a product portfolio.
💦Strong analytical skills and confident work with product metrics.
